Zusätzlich wurde person durch die Möglichkeit es an die "wall of fame" zu schaffen motiviert. Auch um sich selbst mit den Anderen zu vergleichen, ist dieses Tool enorm hilfreich. So konnte ich immer "meinen Stand" abgleichen. Mehr Commitment geht nicht.
